Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our Hard Rock Division at GHH India Mining & Tunnelling Equipment Private Limited in Udaipur. This role will functionally report to the National Head – HR and administratively to the BU Head.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing HR operations, compliance, talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and driving strategic HR initiatives in alignment with Komatsu global practices.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and labour laws.
- Implement and optimize HR technology systems such as SAP Success Factors. Hands on knowledge on Success Factor will be preferred.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and stakeholder management, especially for site-based employees.
- Drive Learning & Development and Leadership Development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Establish and streamline HR processes in alignment with Komatsu’s global best practices.
- Lead change management initiatives and employee engagement programs to foster a high-performance culture.
- Experience in handling long term settlement of unionised employees is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulatory compliance applicable in India.
- Strong background in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Change Management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive HR initiatives independently.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 15 years of progressive HR experience with expertise in compliance, statutory obligations, and HR technology systems, including at least 8-10 yrs in an HR lead role.
- MBA- HR preferred.
