Job Overview


Reports to: Manager, Component Tracking System
 

Shift: 5x2
 

Location: Fort McMurray, AB
 

Relocation: No
 

Travel: 10%

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage Component Tracking System (CTS) for equipment in region.
  • Collaborate with Customers, Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Service Teams to maintain an accurate fleet history and component forecast.
  • Meticulously gather, validate, and input data in CTS and SAP (LSF’s), updating various dates and hours.
  • Assist Parts and Administration Manager, CTS Manager, and Inventory Team in reviewing LSF demand and launching orders.
  • Work with Factory Planner/Scheduler to manage open order dates and support region in achieving OTD and turns metrics.
  • Be an active member of the Inventory Team by supporting the Parts and Administration Manager and CTS Manager in achieving inventory objectives.
  • Work with and assist Account Managers in meeting their targets.
  • Organize and conduct meetings.
  • Provide CTS dashboard reviews and build reports.
  • Assist various departments in problem resolution and research of inventory related issues.
  • Provide strong customer support and build positive relationships to enhance business opportunities with both internal and external customers.
  • Monitor Component Exchange Program components and provide regular updates and forecasting to team.

Qualifications

 

  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years SAP experience.
  • Minimum 2 years Planning and/or Inventory Management experience.
  • MS Office experience with Excel and Outlook emphasis.
  • Experience in Salesforce with emphasis in the CTS module.
  • High-level attention to detail.
  • Multi-tasking and strong organization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
